Work has begun on the new short game practice area.
The Greens Team have begun work on the new short game practice area. Two greens - one large one small - have been marked out and cut. A new type of grass seed will now be introduced to the two greens and the height of the grass will be gradually lowered over the coming months until it reaches the desired height.
Lower branches on the tree in the centre of the area are also being removed today to lift the height of the lower part of the tree.
