Open Competitions

The Golf Course

The golf course at West Bradford is a classic mature Parkland course, founded 118 years ago in 1900 and constructed by James Carter & Co of London, who had developed the Old Course at Sunningdale Golf Club a few years earlier.

The course was then redesigned by renowned course architects Hawtree + Son in the 1940's.

The golf course at West Bradford is one of the finest and most characterful Parkland golf course in the West Yorkshire region, and makes very good use of the natural topography.

Forthcoming Open Competitions

There are a number of different Open Competitions organised for the coming season. One thing they all have in common though is the warm welcome visitors to the club are guaranteed.

A full range of catering will be available to competitors on all Open Competition days.
