The Greens will be Koro'd on Thursday.
The koro-ing will start at 7.30 am and work it's way around the whole course. Koro-ing is the process of using blades to remove thatch build up from the greens. The end result is a healthier turf - as more air and water can reach the roots - along with a better playing surface.
Following Thursday's Koro-ing, the greens will then be top-dressed with sand on Friday and a growth boosting fertiliser added early next week to prepare the greens for the new season.
