The Chas Hammond Cup which is a ‘Super Seniors’ trophy for the over 70’s and in memory of one of West Bradford’s finest characters, Charlie Hammond was competed for as part of the Seniors Section Christmas event.

A very close 8 hole affair it become with Colin Hayhurst finishing 2 under on 18 points but 2 behind first time winner of the trophy Steve Warner who notched 2 four pointers, allegedly with the help of the flagsticks!
Well played to Steve for an impressive score, who is seen here being presented with the trophy and a £30 voucher from club president and captain.
