With just 2 more weeks remains in this year’s Senior Captain’s Cup it’s gonna go down to the wire to find our new champion!

Like a good old horse 🐎 Ian Peirson  is clearly timing his run to the finishing line as he goes neck and neck with current runaway leader Paul Winter.

Ian has topped the scores in successive weeks as he shot 39 in week 16, which improved his overall score by 5 points, leaving him just 3 points behind Paul for the title 🏆

On what was a tough scoring day in the scorching heat ☀️ 🔥many crumbled towards the end, but not Roy Baker, who played well to finish in 2nd with 38, which amazingly was the only better than par score!

3rd on the day went to an in form player, Seniors KO Cup finalist Les Cooper with a decent 35 followed by Simon Major & John Goodyear both with 34.

Sadly the rest and notably yours truly were also rans! Even West Bradford’s resident bunny 🐰 went missing, but hopefully like the rest of us it was only for the day 🙏🏼
