With just 3 more weeks to play in the Senior Captain’s Cup the battle at the top of the leaderboard is most certainly hotting up as we have another change of leader in the clubhouse!

An excellent 41 was enough for Alan Evans to give him a cause for a double celebration as he not only top scored on the day but jumped to top spot on the leaderboard over his buddy Steve Crawshaw, who was absent on his jollies again and may need to rethink his holiday plans for next year! 

Some good scores on the day saw Bill Green edge out ‘super senior’ Bob Helley and Maurice Tillotson on countback with 37 points.

Par scores of 36 were also made by Alan Low, Mike Day & ‘rookie’ Tracy Dad

Week 18 of 20 takes place next Monday 9 September.
