After Colin Hayhurst’s 2 week stint at the top of the leaderboard of the Senior Captain’s Cup (SCC), it’s a case of all change with the familiar name of Ian Peirson moving back to the top after notching 35 points today.

‘Super Senior’ Bob Helley has moved quietly in to 2nd place to show he’s not going anywhere this year in his determination to win the trophy!

Winner on the day was Ian Lightbody, who pipped John Goodyear on countback both with impressive scores of 39 points.

We are still only 7 weeks in out of 20 and as such the table will only really take shape when everyone has completed 8 scores, but for what it’s worth here are the current top 10 as shown below.

Please note that next week, Monday 17 June is the Bob Vass (past Seniors Captain) Memorial Trophy, which is an individual stableford qualifier played off the yellow tees, but does not count towards the SCC.
