A reminder for
those playing in tomorrow’s open that as advised by the club bunkers have been given ‘preferred lies’ status.

The key points to preferred lies are as follows;

- Mark the position of your ball
- Lift and clean your ball
- Place your ball within one club length in the bunker no nearer the hole
- The ball is in play when placed and cannot be lifted again
