Twenty teams started off in the Rugby World Cup over a month ago, hoping to be crowned world champions, we are now down to the final two.

England qualified for the final for the first time since 2007 by beating New Zealand's All Blacks on Saturday. South Africa saw off Wales to earn their place in the final on Sunday, South Africa's last appearance in the World Cup Final was also in 2007 - when they beat England to claim the trophy. England's last World Cup win was back in 2003 versus Australia.
