Thank you for your entry into this year’s Senior Team Open. We’re now just 2 days away from the competition, which will be held on Wednesday 26th August. A total of 42 teams will compete for the prizes, 168 golfers in total – which should make for a fantastic tournament.

Upon arrival at West Bradford Golf Club the entry gate will open automatically to allow you entry into our car park, exit codes required for the gate will then be given to competitors on the day of the tournament.

Given that we are still in the middle of a pandemic we’d like to reassure all entrants that West Bradford have taken all necessary steps to ensure your safety during your visit to the club.
As per last year, competitors will be playing off the White tees, there will be two to count on all holes but the last – where all four teammates scores will count towards the total. Bunkers will be in play, preferred lies within 6 inches – which must still be in the bunker.

The Clubhouse will be open and serving breakfast from 7am on the day of the tournament, and will remain open throughout the day serving a selection of food and hot and cold beverages. There will be 50% discount on all food and hot beverages on the day – as part of the Governments “Eat Out to Help Out” initiative.

There obviously won’t be an official prize presentation following the tournament, the quickest way to find out the winners of the event is on Social Media. West Bradford will announce the competition winners on our Facebook and Twitter pages pages, as soon as they are known. The results will then be added to the West Bradford Golf Club website the following day.

The top four teams will win prizes on the day, with the winning team taking home £300 in Pro Shop Vouchers. The 2nd placed team will win £200, the 3rd placed £140 and the 4th placed team £100. Due to safety concerns around Covid-19 there will be no “Nearest the Pin” or “Nearest the Line” competitions this year.
